We attended a District Meeting this morning with the Yakima Valley Spanish District, led by Elder Solis. As we came in, Sister Harston was teaching about love and the Doctrine of Christ. Everyone was listening intently and taking notes. Their scriptures were open, and I felt their hearts were too. Some days I just marvel at the good going on all over this mission on any given day and any given time. Elder Solis directed this 3 hour meeting with such poise and insight. I was thrilled to be there.
Here are our faithful Zone Leaders, Elder Spackman and Elder Woodward, who also attended. Being around these missionaries makes me want to be better, like they are.
We spent the rest of the day with the Assistantants planning for our first Mission Leadership Council Meeting which will be held here at the mission home on Friday. This fun never ends!
