Day two of Zone Conferences. Today we met in the East Wenatchee Stake with the Wenatchee, Cascade Spanish and Ephrata Zones. We had another day of goodness and fun with these fabulous missionaries. We love them. Look at the light in their eyes!
We followed the same agenda as yesterday, with presentations from the Redfords and the Gilberts on Just Serve and Daily Dose. We talked about more ways we can serve.
Elder Steven E. Snow said, “Look for ways to bless the lives of others through seemingly simple acts of service. . . . We should work to improve our neighborhoods, our schools, our cities, and our towns. I commend those who volunteer their time and resources to support worthy community and charitable causes, which bless the lives of others and make the world a better place. . . . It is my hope and prayer we can all do more in giving service. If we fail to serve, we fail to receive the fullness of the privileges and blessings of the restored gospel. (Ensign, Nov. 2007)
