Pike’s Market in Seattle

2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (30)This afternoon we took an excursion to Seattle, to visit Pike’s Market.  It was my first time visiting Seattle.  The rain let up a bit and we had a delightful afternoon taking a 2 hour foodie tour of the market.  It was so fun.  We sampled food from about 7 different places:  doughnuts, salmon, a butchery with smoked meats, clam chowder, sandwiches, caramels, cheese and more!  YUM.

Here are a few things we saw:2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (15) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (16) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (17) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (18)  2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (20) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (21)  2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (22) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (23) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (24) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (25) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (26) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (27) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (28) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (29) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (31) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (33) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (34) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (35)2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (51)2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (36) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (37)   2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (41)2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (38) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (39) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (40)  2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (42) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (43) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (44) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (46) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (47) 2015-10-30 Seattle Pike's Market (50)

  1. Cheryl McCurdy Christensen says:

Can’t believe you have never been to Seattle! It is beautiful, the whole state of Washington. Was up there working a week ago. My husband Bruce and I are moving there after Thanksgiving. I will be working for Oracle in the Seattle office. I love Yakima as well, you are doing great work. Love your posts, we have a missionary from our Stake that is heading up there but I don’t know him or his family.

I lived in Seattle as a child and then when I graduated from BYU in 1985. My husband is from the Tri-cities and we have spent several vacations in the Northwest. I am glad to be returning to what I consider home.
