IMG_1129

Here’s another Lewis Family Favorite for summer:

SALSA SORTA

1 Can Black Eyed Peas (drained)
1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Corn (drained)
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped avocado
Chopped cilantro
Chopped green onion if you like
Salt and Pepper
Italian Dressing

Serve with tortilla chips.  The Tostito  or Frito Scoops work best!
