After Zone Conference in Wenatchee and a bunch of interviews there, we drove to Ephrata for a late Stake Correlation Meeting. It’s nice to drive through this farm country in the evening. Potatoes are being harvested into the night, hay is being cut. Apples bins are ready to go in the morning when picking begins again. The air feels heavy and earth. It’s harvest time.
We met this evening with our Ephrata Zone Leaders, Elders Shupe and Hansen, and the Stake Presidency and Mission Leader. It was a great meeting. Members here care about those learning about the gospel. We have wonderful stake leaders in every area.
