Farewell to 2 local Elders!

2016-10-26-airport-cody-johnson-1We woke at 3:45 this morning and were at the Yakima Airport at 4:30 where we helped send off these two missionaries.  Elder Coby Johnson from Sunnyside served here in the WYM for a transfer this last summer.  He is heading to Mozambique, Africa.  Elder Cody Thompson is from Selah and he’s heading to Argentina.  Elder Johnson will learn Portuguese and Elder Thompson will learn Spanish in in the Provo MTC.2016-10-26-airport-cody-johnson-2Here are their good families who will miss them like crazy:2016-10-26-airport-cody-johnson-32016-10-26-airport-cody-johnson-62016-10-26-airport-cody-johnson-7The reason we are on this other side of the security check with these Elders is because we got on the same flight to Seattle to head to our semi-annual Mission President’s Seminar.  Here they are in Seattle before our final farewells:2016-10-26-airport-cody-johnson-9We love missionaries and wish these two well with all our hearts.
