Creamy Chicken Rice Soup

This soup is the best comfort food ever.  We served it today to our newly arrived missionaries and it was a big hit!

Cream Chicken Rice Soup   (serves 10-12)

Boil together:
12 cups water
6 cubes chicken bullion

Add and boil 15 min:
2 6.2 oz boxes Uncle Ben’s Herb Roasted Chicken Long Grain & Wild Rice
or Uncle Ben’s Country Inn Chicken & Wild Rice
(orange boxes, not pouches)


Add and boil 10 min:
1+ cup carrots, sliced
1+ cup celery, diced
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup (Campbell’s is best)
Poultry Seasoning to taste

Reduce heat and add and simmer 5 more minutes:
