Sister Lewis’ Favorite Molasses Cookies

These are one of our missionaries’ favorite cookies during interviews.  The question they ask is usually, “Sister Lewis, How Many Can We Each Have??”  These cookies are great to make ahead.  They freeze well, they travel well, and they stay moist and chewy for several days.  An all-around winner!
