Departing Missionaries Arrive at the Mission Home

IMG_2229IMG_2259IMG_2211Good members and fellow missionaries transported our 22 departing missionaries to us this afternoon.  Our time was filled with visiting, giving Mission Home tours, and watching fellow missionaries bid each other farewell.  It’s an emotion-filled sad and joyful time.  The joyful part is usually from those staying behind–those who don’t have to leave yet, as you can see in the faces below.  It’s not hard to tell who’s going and who’s staying!IMG_2212IMG_2213IMG_2217IMG_2219IMG_2220IMG_2223IMG_2224IMG_2225IMG_2227IMG_2232IMG_2233IMG_2235The garage was a busy place.  It’s a big deal to fit 2 years of your life into 2 50-lb suitcases and one carry on.  It takes some doing.IMG_2285IMG_2218IMG_2270IMG_2236IMG_2237IMG_2240IMG_2287
