Sister Training Leader Specialized Training

2018-2-15 STL Special Training (1)We had a very special training today here at the Mission Home.  Our 8 Sister Training Leaders came for a morning of instruction and discussion.  These Sisters are an integral part of our mission and we love them.

Sister Training Leaders became a part of world-wide mission leadership in 2013, when the Missionary Department announced this addition to missionary organizations.

Glorified Fruit Sherbet
Soften a carton of pineapple sherbet until you can fold in your favorite fruits.  My favorites are cut strawberries or raspberries, bananas, pineapple tidbits, and/or blueberries.  You can also add chopped pecans or coconut if you like.  Refreeze.  Soften slightly before serving.  It’s perfect with angel food cake.  It’s also good served in a parfait glass with 7-Up or Sprite poured over it.
