Doctrine of Christ Training in Quincy

We drove 1.5 hours this morning to Quincy for our Doctrine of Christ Training there with the 7 week missionaries from the northern parts.  I love this training, even when I’m so tired!  There was a mix up on the starting time, so we didn’t get everyone there until 10:30, but once they came, we had an Excellent inspiring meeting.Pres Lewis and I teach about the Doctrine of Christ and our missionary purpose.We got some pizza for lunch, since our training would go into the afternoon.Then the APs conducted a training on bringing the Book of Mormon to life.  We know this book is life-changing, but not everyone else does.  We talk about how to help them Want to read it.  The missionaries did some 5-min role plays introducing the Book of Mormon.Then we had a few closing remarks from Pres Lewis and took a group photo.Nice new tie, mom!Back to work!It was a great day in Quincy!
