Fish Tacos

2016-06-15_105150

Here’s a fast and easy crowd pleasing meal.  Go to Costco.  Buy some Tilapia.  There are 16 pieces in a box.  Keep frozen until you’re ready to bake them for 18-22 minutes at 450 degrees.

While they’re baking, put out a bowl of shredded cabbage slaw and some toppings like cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, salsa and ranch dressing.  Warm up some tortillas, corn or flour.  Set the table, and by the time the fish is ready, dinner is served!

A normal person will eat one taco and be full.  A missionary will eat three.  Just so you know.2016-6-14 Taco Tuesday (2)
