Holiday Ham like you’ve never had before!

2016-12-7-cms-gathering-yakima-130I don’t think any of us will ever think of HAM quite the same way.  We’ve been educated!

Here’s how the Packard family prepared this ham that beats all ham.  The missionaries LOVED it!

Buy the Butt Portion with the bone in.
Place the ham in a pan or crock pot and fill it about half way with water.
Cook the ham (not frozen) for about 5 hours at 350.
Remove bone and any fat, shred/pull the meat.
Cover the meat with the juices to keep it juicy until ready to serve.

A 10 lb. ham (at $1.60/lb.) will feed 20-25 big eaters.
